Course of Empire-Interactive Layer Tool

This project was developed as an interactive tool for me to be able to view Thomas Cole's "Course of Empire" series of paintings. I wanted to be able to see the similarities and compositional elements together versus displayed individually or in a linear fashion. This tool allows for opacity adjustments and comparison of layers. 

Controls: 

• Use the slider bars to adjust opacity for each layer
• Click the image to bring that layer to the top
• Click the eye icon to toggle visibility
• Hold left bracket ( [ )and pres UpArrow/DownArrow to flip  Golden Spiral Layer
  • L/R will flip it horizontally

• Hold right bracket ( ] ) and follow above arrow controls to flip the diagonal sections
